Building Loving Cotton was a multi-step project with many parts coming together:

• Materials & suppliers — I chose partners and fabrics without compromising on quality or ethics, focusing on certifications like OEKO-TEX®, OCS, and the Fair Wear Foundation to support safer, more responsible production.

• Brand creation — I developed the logo, visual direction, and messaging so every element reflects the brand values: sustainability, simplicity, and timeless design.

• Online store setup — I customized the store to create a smooth, intuitive shopping experience from browsing to checkout.

• SEO & digital strategy — From day one, I optimized product pages and metadata to make the store easier to discover through search.

• Marketing & analytics — I monitored performance closely, tested different approaches, and adjusted the strategy to improve acquisition and retention.

• Sustainable packaging — I avoided plastic and used recycled paper and cardboard, because sustainability also includes how the product is delivered.

What I’m Proud Of

• Launching the first collections — seeing real customers wear the first pieces made the project feel real.

• Building an SEO-led store — organic traffic is growing consistently, validating the long-term strategy.
