About the Project
HejBrand is my personal branding and marketing studio focused on small businesses in Poland. I built it as a complete, end-to-end system: from defining the positioning and offer, to creating a consistent brand identity, to designing a repeatable client delivery process. The intent was to combine two things small businesses usually lack at the same time: strong creative direction and a clear, structured way of executing marketing work without chaos.
The project includes both the “brand layer” (strategy, visual identity, tone of voice) and the “execution layer” (website, assets, templates, process logic, and ads). The result is a studio setup that can deliver branding, web creation, and marketing support using consistent standards and reusable workflows.
Building HejBrand required treating the studio like a product, not just a portfolio:
Positioning and offer definition
Conducted market and competitor research to define niche, value proposition, tone, and offer structure.
Clarified what the studio delivers (branding, website creation, marketing support, ads setup) and how the delivery is structured.
Brand identity system
Designed the full visual identity: logo, color palette, typography, and design language.
Built a consistent communication style to keep all client-facing materials aligned.
Website and content build
Created the website with a custom structure that reflects the service logic and buyer journey.
Wrote the copy, selected/created visuals, and built the site content around clear processes and outcomes.
Operational system and reusable assets
Developed branded templates for contracts, proposals, briefs, and reporting.
Designed the complete client lifecycle workflow — from lead acquisition to onboarding, delivery, and feedback collection — to keep projects predictable and repeatable.
Delivery capabilities (creative + performance)
Designed print and digital materials: business cards, brand visuals, presentation decks, and onboarding kits.
Built and executed promotional campaigns, including Google Ads.
Worked with small businesses on branding, website creation, marketing execution, and creative concepts.
Built a studio with a real operating system (not just a “brand”) — clear workflows, deliverables, and templates that scale.
Combined creative branding with operational clarity, making delivery faster and more consistent for small-business clients.
Covered the full path from strategy and identity to implementation (website, assets, and ads), reducing handoffs and fragmentation.
Created a repeatable process that supports growth through clean systems rather than ad-hoc work.
